It was a hard fought and well planned win for the Swans at Sunderland this afternoon. Gaining their third win in a row and now very, very safe from relegation. The Swans were organised and well drilled for this game, and despite a nervy last ten minutes the victory was deserved. |

Swansea City got their win which took them to fifty one points this evening at the Swansea.com in first half style against a very dull and uninspiring Plymouth Argyle. It should have been far more than the three goals with golden opportunities missed in the second half. However, that’s it, job done and the Swans will be playing Championship football next season. It’s not mathematically done, but with so many permutations left it may as well be. |

The draw was nothing less than the Swans deserved yesterday afternoon in Yorkshire when Zân Vipotnik levelled in injury time against Leeds United. Having said that despite a ridiculous comedy of errors at the start the formation and strategy for the game was pretty much spot on. |

It was thrills and spills again as the Swans wouldn’t give up at Leeds United this afternoon. Despite the referee insisting that Leeds United would go top Swansea City were not having it. This time it was Swansea City who stole the show in what was payback for Leeds effort at the Swansea.com in the reverse fixture. Okay, it wasn’t a win but that point will be as valuable as any point come the end of the season. And nobody expected anything. |
